I had a chance to meet Darren Criss on one of his shows in Manila! He signed my CD and he also wrote my name on it! The shaking of hands was like ordinary feeling for me but at least it was twice I think. Haha You can see in his face that he’s really having a good time! Darren was so cheerful and he talked to me like we’re not just meeting for the first time. Before I had lost my turn and gone, he greeted me “Merry Christmas.” I enjoyed listening to his cover of Hey, Soul Sister by Train, which he performed for the first time in front of everyone else. That was during his show in TriNoma on December 22, 2010. Also, his version of Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream was exceptional! On the day before that, he first performed at Greenbelt 3 which I also attended to watch him perform. After the whole experience, I was really happy and thankful because finally, I had already met a Glee star for the first time! :) Zoom

Just An Unlucky Fan

As of the moment since yesterday (I think), there are two international big names that stepped on the land of my beautiful country. The first one is Katy Perry who will be having a benefit concert tomorrow at the Mall Of Asia for the survivors of typhoon Ondoy. I was supposed to buy a ticket for this event. I even started to save money for this for, I think, one month before the concert. Then I realized that I can’t make a money out of my allownaces in just a short persiod of time! I have a lot of more important things to spend on than that. Yeah, first things first. Hmm I gave up my dreams of seeing her after that decisions. I’m not an avid fan of her though. But I must say that her music makes me move. Haha And she’s beautiful too. Maybe by the time she has to do her “own” concert, I would surely watch her performing. I said that because I don’t like the stars she will be performing with though it’s for a good cause. They should have chosen Boys Like Girls instead like what was origanally planned. Anyways, even if I’m not attending this event, I hope this will turn out to a succesful one like Lady Gaga, David Archuleta, and David Cook’s concert. OK, enough of this girl. Let’s proceed to the next one. Haha The next famous personality that’s here in the Philippines (that will also fly back to USA today or probably she’s leaving the country while I’m typing this) is no other than Sen. Hillary Clinton. I’m not updated so much about this issue or the purpose of her visit. But what I’m happy about her visit is she was here in University of Santo Tomas (UST) this morning! (Now you know that I am a Thomasian. Haha) The sad part about this is I haven’t laid my eyes on her! :(( I’ve never been a part of this history. Awwww. Ain’t these really sad stories? I’m so unlucky to see none of the two gorgeous ladies that visited my dear Philippines. *sigh* On a possitive note, after this drama, I will be off to see 2012! Yay! :) I have to treat myself something spirit-uplifting so I can forget the bad lucks that come in my life. LOL This is taking long now so I guess I have to end this now. Ciao! :)
